I've gotten a little bored with Chloe Ting after a year of her. I just wanted to share that I've really enjoyed doing madfit dance workouts, dance HIIT workouts in general (to whatever songs I'm enjoying at the moment), and zumba workouts. I also did some hot pilates classes a few times and that was like chloe ting on steroids. Loved it though!But the thing is: consistency is key. If you want results show up everyday (including rest days), eat well, sleep well and have fun.
