However the MacBook won’t boot into the SSD. I want to know how to go about cloning the disk to be bootable. CopycatX and Drive Genius both have the ability to block level clone an entire hard drive (Mac and Bootcamp partitions) to another drive in a single operation. I have used both successfully.
